Copenhagen: Mini Guide
Caleb and I ADORE Copenhagen! The adorable colorful houses! The super-friendly people! THE BAKED GOODS OMG. They are INCREDIBLE! We dream of Cardamom buns.
Yes, Copenhagen is expensive, but we 100% think it’s worth a visit, especially when you don’t need a ton of time to see all the sights!
WHERE TO STAY
When it comes to where to stay in Stockholm, the MOST central area is Indre By, which is Copenhagen’s downtown with the colorful Nyhavn. We personally do opt to stay here because it is worth the convenience and, as long as you don’t mind staying in a small room, you can find some pretty reasonable prices hotels for being right in the center of the city.

In terms of getting around, you will want to walk around Copenhagen for the most part, except for visiting our FAVORITE bakery, JUNO! Once you get to city center, everything is really close which makes it super convenient! No rental cars needed!
Below, you’ll find our favorite stays in Copenhagen Center, as well as a few that are on our “wish list” for the future. We’ve picked options that balance comfort with affordability, so you can save your euros for all the food & baked goods in Copenhagen! Don’t expect our choices to be overly luxe because that isn’t our style!
If you want to save even more money, consider looking at Vesterbro neighborhood, however we didn’t love the 40min walk todowntown when we stayed in this area!
