Travel Resources
After traveling to over 35 countries in the past few years, Caleb and I have become quite the experts on travel resources!
Use our tried and tested favorites to ensure your next trip abroad is stress-free – even if you’re planning everything you own!
Booking the cheapest flights
Sky Scanner
Google Flights is great for doing a quick comparison, but we think Skyscanner has the best deals.
Use their “Whole Month” and “Everywhere” options to get the lowest prices on flights around the world.
Feel Bougie for Less
Priority Pass
Getting a Priority Pass membership changed our travel game! Now we get free access to airport lounges across the world, which allows us peace and quiet and free food and booze! The amount of money you save on airport food alone pays for the membership!
Culture Craving Couple readers get a special 20-30% off yearly membership at the link below!
Packing Essentials
Portable Power Bank – Never get lost in a foreign city because your phone died after taking too many photos! We love that this one has built-in cables!
Tripod – The perfect lightweight tripod to take selfies and posed shots abroad.
International Adapter – Don’t short-circuit your hair straightener when you plug it into the wrong adapter. #truestory
Portable Scale – Never overpay for luggage fees again!
DJI Osmo Pocket – we used this before upgrading to pro cameras and drones and we love it. This tiny camera is so easy to use and shoots 4k so you can take amazing footage for your memories easily!
Travelon Purse – Taylor loves this bag for walking around Europe all day. It’s cute, light and has anti-theft mechanisms in place to keep you safe!
Osprey Day Pack – Caleb loves this backpack for carrying things around all day long. It’s comfortable, light and spacious and does not hurt his shoulders!
Osprey Backpack – This is not really a packing list item and more what to pack your packing list IN BUT, we ADORE these backpacks. We have tried many and we love that these unzip like a suitcase instead of only the top unzipping and you have to unpack your whole suitcase to get to something at the bottom. ANNOYING.
NOTE: Taylor uses the men’s version too!
Saucony Peregrine Trail Runners – We swear by these trail running shoes. They are versatile to go from forest to city, are not super ugly and are super comfy for getting 40 billion steps a day! Bonus points: they are waterproof!

Last but not least, don’t forget to snag travel insurance with World Nomads before your trip. You never know what might happen and it is best to be prepared!
